This notice covers this website and the pilot request form. It does not cover the Meerkat product.

What we collect

When you request a pilot we receive your name, work email, company, role, the merchant volume you choose and your message. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. We measure visits without cookies: which sections are viewed and which buttons are used, with no profile of you across sites.

Why

Only to reply to your request and discuss a pilot with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you sent us.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Our domain and email forwarding run on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. Visit statistics are processed by PostHog in the EU. All act as our processors.

How long

We keep your request for as long as we are in contact, and delete it within 24 months of our last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to pilot@meerkatrisk.com or replying to any email from us. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
